Associate Sales Executive:

About the Role
In this opportunity as an
Associate Sales Executive, you will:

  • Attain sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis
  • Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration
  • Confer with and assist in customerrelated issues as needed to maintain good customer relations
  • Complete weekly sales performance reports and completely CRM reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Drives strategic initiatives supported by an assigned account team consisting of a Sales Development Representative, Account Development Representative and Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territory
  • Leverage sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing Flash/EMS/Salesforce)
  • Attend sales meetings and conventions as required

About You:

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English is a must.
- +3 years of successful sales experience with consistent track record of quota attainment

  • Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to maximize phone and virtual client meetings/presentations
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Ability to win new customers as well as cross sell/upsell existing customers
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ambitious selfstarter with high energy and motivation
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred) and overall technical aptitude
  • Continuous learner, flexible and openminded, positive attitude
  • High level of integrity and understanding of sales ethics

Compensation:
Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
