    About the role:

    The Sales Team Lead leads and develops a high-performing team responsible for selling legal assistance and post-accident services to individuals in the U.S. who were involved in an accident and do not have insurance.This role combines sales leadership, outbound strategy, coaching, and CRM-driven optimization. HubSpot expertise is required, including pipeline management, reporting, workflows, and sequences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives focused on outbound and inbound conversion.
    • Oversee daily performance, call activity, messaging quality, and CRM usage.
    • Ensure proper and efficient use of HubSpot (pipelines, dashboards, sequences, automation).
    • Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and pipeline audits.
    • Maintain a competitive, accountable, and results‑driven team environment.

    Outbound Sales Strategy

    • Design and optimize outbound strategies targeting uninsured accident victims.
    • Ensure messaging clearly communicates the urgency and legal value of the service.
    • Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and campaign automation.
    • Analyze conversion metrics and implement process improvements.

    Operational Excellence

    • Ensure all case details are captured accurately in HubSpot.
    • Collaborate with legal operations to align case volume and capacity .
    • Provide leadership with data-driven insights sourced from HubSpot reports.

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong background in outbound sales and telemarketing.
    • Proven experience managing or leading a sales team.
    • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (sales module).
    • English proficiency at C1 level.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to motivate a team in a high-performance environment.
