We ensure the activities required for our Country Finance colleagues are executed in the best way possible.

You will manage and support business administration activities for an assigned area and are involved in various topics supporting the financial planning and analysis for your customer.

External Job Description


Business and Performance controlling - Trainee is primarily responsible for supporting the activities and areas of performance controlling and reporting to ensure accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting actuals.

This role requires the employee to gain knowledge of Siemens Energy accounts and reporting requirements.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Finance a plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities in changing situations
  • English Speaking

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Collaborate with customers and global colleagues to incorporate best practices in the areas of performance controlling, reporting, and automation.
  • Support Business Areas with performance controlling and reporting activities
  • Support in analyzing financial results to determine accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Deliver KPIs comments
  • Identify and support in implement opportunities for process standardizations, improvements, and digitalization/automations.
  • Participate in planning and accounting activities such as Opening and closing of FC tools, Tracking and user support for SAC and Focus+ tools, HC, New Order, Revenue and Fees Tracking, Monthly Reporting Package, Suppliers Forecast

Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Spanish
  • English Speaking
