POSITION OVERVIEW
The
Maintenance Coordinator is the face of maintenance inside of the market.

This individual is responsible for all functions of maintenance regarding the following:
revenue, profitability, and ensuring the Maintenance Techs/vendors are staying busy with work.

With all positions, you must
"treat it like you own it" This person must move with urgency on a daily basis, be decisive and assertive, solve problems using data and factual information, and finally, have a knack for detailed, accurate work.

This individual should also be able to clearly communicate to all levels within the organization both internal and external.

A large responsibility for this position will be supporting all Maintenance Techs and communicating with our vendors.

Your job is to provide oversight to the Maintenance Techs and to ensure they understand the full scope and the why behind their role.

This understanding centers around each tech knowing what their days/weeks look like and full support for them to be successful in staying busy and working on projects.

Schedule Details:

We require
_full-time availability._ Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US CST (
_on call on weekends to handle emergency maintenance requests_) and we
_do not_ offer any part-time positions.
