You Are:

The Opportunity:

Develop and deliver on a BI/reporting strategy based on Native HANA/HANA Live that supports futurestate goals while optimizing current service portfolio.
Create and enhance new/existing Native HANA models, views and BOBJ reports and dashboards to meet business needs and in accordance with business priorities and IT standards.
Implementing SAP HANA Table management techniques data compression, table partition, compression techniques, and load/unload table into memory.
HANA Installation, Data Provisioning, Admin, Modelling.
SAP BusinessObjects and HANA integration, Design document, RFPs, and estimation plans.
Performance optimization and tuning: deep experience with SQL traces to achieve Performance Impact Analysis.
Early Watch configuration and analysis.
Transport Management.
Automation of SAP basis tasks through different development and scripting approaches
Incident Management: Troubleshooting the issues from OS level like work process monitoring, checking logs, checking OSS notes, provide Performance analysis and suggest solution to write the Root Cause Analysis.
Write Operational procedures.
Create Customer standard documentation.
Provide Oncall support during weekday and weekends as per the schedule.
Implementing SAP HANA Security mechanism, HANA XS Application service, and monitoring of HANA system.
Integration of SAP HANA into different remote systems.
Hardware, operating systems (LINUX) and networking connectivity required for the SAP environment.
Elaboration of SAP release plan. HANA system administration using SAP HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

Experience in managing users and roles in SAP HANA system.
Experience with high availability and backup mechanism.
Strong knowledge of SLT methodologies and replication techniques.
Deep knowledge of SAP Basis tasks: technical planning, installations and configurations (SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, SLT, SOLMAN, SAP Router ), upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, installation of SSL certificates. familiar with BRTOOLS for Space management.
Handson experience of implementation and conversion for S/4HANA solutions.
Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery.
Mastery of the HANA knowledge including High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
Experience and deep knowledge of SAP system migration (DMO tool) and upgrades.
Strong SQL scripting knowledge, creating Stored procedures, troubleshooting performance issue optimization of the code.
Experience in SAP Sizing by using the SAP Quick sizer.
Experience in SAP data Archiving.
Deep knowledge of SAP HANA inMemory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrade, performance tuning and system integration.
Certification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration will be a plus
SAP BASIS/NetWeaver certification is a plus.
SAP Fiori knowledge is highly desirable.
Skills on Linux is required.
Strong SAP Basis experience in Data Archiving and Content Server Strategies
Demonstrated through 7+ years of experience as an SAP HANA Administrator administering SAP HANA and S/4 HANA landscapes.
Experience in monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP HANA systems.
Exposure to different remote access options in HANA system. Experience in system refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import).
