• The Global Family Support Foundation is a nonprofit organization and is looking for a highly motivated & selfdriven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers._
• Here at our Foundation, we offer a clear path for career growth and leadership opportunities and uncapped commissions well above the industry average._
• Understand & execute the strategic planning created by the Department of Sales & Marketing.
• Bring in 30 new leads per day by using social media, Facebook groups, subscribers, employment websites, and any other avenue to reach the community.
• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products and services
• Answer questions about the products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their questions
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• Confidence and strong selfassuredness to succeed in coldcalling customers and making a sale
• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Knowledge of MS Office or IOS
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
