Descripción

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Summarizing production volume and controlled commodity updates and cascading relevant information to the U.S. field teams and U.S. Ford dealers at a minimum of twice per week.
  • Timely communications to the field on the need for order amendments due to production changes.
  • Proactively identifying root cause for orders not scheduling and specific action required to get scheduled.
  • Prioritizing specific vehicle orders as needed.
  • Supporting monthly Ford vehicle line wholesale preparation (Create Dealer facing documents)
  • Serve as lead point person for Field and/or dealer questions

Skills required:

  • Proficient with English language in both written and verbal communications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with accuracy under time constraints.
  • Customer centric mindset (Field team, Dealer and vehicle buyer)
