    We are ALTEN Mexico, an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology and product development projects. Our team of more than 350 people work across industries including: Automotive, Energy, Aeronautics, Banking & insurance, Telecom & Multimedia and Rail.     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    6+ years of experience with JavaScript, , and SQL

    6+ years of experience with Python/Django


    • Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals with experience creating with ReactJS, and


    • Proficiency with database design and management for SQL or non-SQL databases. Familiarity with non-SQL database management


    • Experience working with APIs, both integrating a third-party API and creating your own when necessary


    • Ability to build custom REST API's


    • Experience with the Functional Programming paradigm is a plus


    • Passion and versatility in learning and adopting new technologies


    • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting analytical and problem-solving skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience


    • Strong knowledge of QA methodology


    • Strong objected oriented design and coding skills


    • Coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services and physical devices


    • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions


    • Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly


    • Self-motivated and proactive in starting new tasks


    • Experience in agile or scrum software development methodologies


    • Experience using JIRA, Microsoft Office Applications (particularly Excel)
