    Key Responsibilities

    The role involves comprehending business objectives, challenges, and cybersecurity technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources.

    • Responsible for data creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and follow-up on LATAM security KPIs in weekly meetings with regional leaders.
    • Elicit, gather, document, and communicate requirements on efforts.
    • Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and manage the work necessary to implement related improvements.
    • Leverage Business Analysis process and context within IT to enable communication/negotiation with others on efforts.

    Requirements

    Required qualifications include:

    • 4+ years of experience working as a Business Intelligence analyst in a bank.
    • Expert-level knowledge of Power BI.
    • Knowledge in cybersecurity risk area.
    • 2+ years of experience in UX.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.
    • Strong security troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks, and react quickly to problems and issues.
    • Experience in creating and utilizing pivot tables and databases.
    • Experience performing business and process analysis for IT, preferably IT security, functions.
