Use continuous improvement tools to achieve annual goals

Responsibilities:

5s program management
Perform Improvement projects
Support to Continuous Improvement Leader
Train and develop employees
Use problem solving tools, 5Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto
Collaborate during Kaizen events
Strategic collaborator as implementer (material flow, 5S, VSM Layout, OPF, etc)
Prepares special reports and presentations
To work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) which includes ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301

Required Technical Skills:

Facilitator
Communications
Planning and organization
Customer focus

Educational / professional qualification / Experience:

Minimal experience or recently graduated
Experienced on professional practices for 6 months in manufacturing process, assembly, warehouse
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, Process or related
English/Spanish
