Customer Service Representative in Mexico

Our financial services company is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries related to banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in handling customer complaints, and possess a strong understanding of banking operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, having higher education can be beneficial for career advancement opportunities


• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided;


• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;


• The ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and ages through various mediums such as phone, email or chat platform would greatly enhance this role.
