About the Role - Senior HR Specialist (Mexico HR Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the recruitment of Americas (México, US, Brazil), and complete the whole process of resume screening, interview organization, offer release and onboarding follow-up.
• Handle the full process of employee hiring, payroll and resignations, and maintain employee documentation properly.
• Establish employee communication channels, answer inquiries about salary and benefits, and handle simple employee relationship issues.
• Implement local salary accounting and welfare distribution, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all related work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of HR-related work experience, and familiar with recruitment and employee relations modules.
• Proficient in Mexican labor laws and regulations, and familiar with the local salary and welfare system.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate cross-regionally.
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, with basic communication and coordination skills.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing); Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HR-related work.

Pay range and compensation package:

• Salary Range: Negotiable (Including basic salary + performance bonus + local benefits).
