What you'll do?

What you'll bring:

GRC & Authorizations Service Delivery

Manage/Create/Assign Security roles and authorizations based on DDC IT and business requirements
SAP Authorization Concepts
Design and Develop SAP role concepts and Authorization concepts for supporting SAP systems and business processes
Work closely with key users on the business & IT side to develop the role matrix for the organizations
Ensure that legal and local compliance topics are handled during the design
Collaborate with SI partner to ensure timely implementation
Governance, Risk and Compliance
EndtoEnd operational responsibility for the SAP GRC system including the processes implemented
Work with key users to define the process workflows
Work with business stakeholders to finalize on the Segregation of Duties for the line of business
Provide SME support to business and process consultants to develop the risk matrix, define mitigation controls etc
Collaborate with SI Partner, Other entities to ensure the accurate implementation of the SoD and Risk matrix along with mitigation measures
Identity Management
SPOC for the local implementation of IDM for supported SAP systems
Define workflows along with key users from various lines of business
Collaborate with SI Partner, Other entities to ensure the accurate implementation of the business roles in IDM
Business User Support
Provide operational support and guidance on "howto" requests from line of business supported
SPOC for any authorizationrelated topics
Collaborate with SI Partner and provide SME support as required to solve issues related to user access and SoD topics
Collaborate with SI partner to ensure timely resolution of incidents and act as SPOC to users for tickets
Audit Support
Provide required documentation during audits for the line of business requested
Work with Auditors as required and support the audit process
Translate the audit findings into tangible action items and collaborate with SI partner to ensure timely implementation
Generate and share any reports, periodic evidences, etc as required to comply with audit protocols.
Partner Delivery
Collaborate with SI Partner to define the KPIs for system security
Develop security standards and best practices and work with SI partner for implementation
Develop roadmap to upgrade the processes and systems as appropriate and work with SI partner for implementation
Collaborate with SI partner to ensure they are meeting the SLA and also coordinate any escalations on incidents or problem tickets
