Customer Service Specialist
Status:
Full time
Reports to:
Customer Service Lead/ Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
Cover phone lines
Answer all incoming calls during business hours
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Assist our customers by answering product and service questions.
Manage outbound follow up calls as needed.
Work with the Customer Service team to:
To review and process Warranty, Shipping Damage, and Return Claims
Monitor outbound and return tracking
Work with Customer Service Lead and Manager to:
escalate issues as needed
provide feedback from customers to ensure communication between departments
Various small projects as needed
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
English: 90% Written / 90% Spoken
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong team player working with others on a team to support and adapt seasonal volume
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Experience in
Shopify (or any type of back end e-commerce program)

Shiphero (or any type of warehouse software)
