Primary Purpose of the Position

  • Development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve all business objectives across all products categories & channels taking the responsabilities for the development and execution of all programs to increase in store presence.
  • Implement Business develpment stores program (Branded stores & Multi brand stores), handle the process, execute through all sales team, and manage the credit notes process.
  • Develop and execution of all programs that generate traffic to the point of sales (all channels) and improve value added presence of our brand to improve the customer conversion to our brand.
  • Create and develop new programs to upgrade the estándar of our Goodyear distributors execution innovation programs to become the best in class brand and customer experience (through all the channels)

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Goodyear branded stores program to grow our presence across all the country and mainly for Distributors channel (manage the process, handle the administrative tasks and promoto through our sales team to the distributors network)
  • Define geographical opportunities and expose to the distributors and sales team to enphasize special geographic areas to imporve our presence.
  • Develop and execute in store brand presence in all channels to increase Goodyear brand presence and customer experience and acknowledge
  • Collect insights from the market and different channels in order to execute new programs to generate value added to our customers and imporve our sales in the different channels and customers.
  • Coordinate the Sell out promotion s with Marketing coordinator in order to improve traffic to the stores and customer conversion (sell out improve)
  • Collect and quantify sell out KPI through Exata software.
  • Plan and execute the internal necessities through sales, marketing and product functions.

Experience

  • Experience in Trade Marketing activities or marketing coordinator (5 years)
  • Fluent English (Oral and written)
  • Desired: Experience in the tire sector, automotive industry or auto parts.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good leadership skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects
  • Strong communication & presentation skills in order to convince, negotiate and handle matters at different levels.
  • Fluent in Spanish with good English(Oral and written)
  • Strong communication with their team and internal clients.
