    About the Role

    Are you a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at MISUMI Mexico. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and contributing to the company's business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Digital Campaign Management:
      • Develop and execute advertisement strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
      • Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns to achieve optimal results.
    • Content Marketing:
      • Create and oversee the production of engaging content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
      • Coordinate the creation and publication of advertisements to effectively reach our target audience.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media analytics to measure campaign performance.
      • Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators and propose improvements based on data insights.
      • Increase conversion rate and return on ad spend (ROAS).
      • Measure the effectiveness of different campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Innovation and Trends:
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to maintain our competitive edge.
      • Raise awareness of the MISUMI brand and improve top-of-mind recognition.
      • Support additional activities and tasks related to the department as needed.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
      • Advanced English skills.
      • Proficiency in data analysis.
      • 2-3 years of experience in roles related to digital marketing, social media, or online advertising.
      • Knowledge of marketing automation, digital technology, or related fields.

      Working Hours

      Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mexico City time)
