    Job Description:

    Mold design / review & Interaction with different suppliers for injection molds Blue test activities 10X cross sections profiles interpretation and activities test.

    Fitting & samples for new programs Troubleshooting for Process and molds Solidworks design for molds and machinery Tig & Laser weld work sheet for technicians Develop work Instruction for EPDM rubber, TPV and Sponge molding process Automation of equipment and machineryPoka-yokes ImplementationDevelop and validate gaging / fixturesAssess processes, gather data and interpret that data using statistical toolsDesign, run and report the results of process trialsTrack KPIs and drive positive change by developing and implementing solutions to improve safety, increase productivity, improve product quality, reduce operating costs, increase stability, and minimize scrapProvide process documentation, setup documentation and operating instructions for the engineering finishing DepartmentTrain all affected personal on new or changing processes, documentation and equipmentWork closely with Operations, Maintenance, Materials and Quality personnel to identify issues and implement appropriate solutionsParticipate in continuous improvement activities, such as changeover-time reduction, 5S projects, SMED and waste reductionParticipate in Design Review for manufacturabilityCarries out cost reduction proposals through VA/VE analysis.
