About the Role


The RECEPTIONIST will have the responsibility to be the main point of contact with external vendors, suppliers, customers; assuring that our safety and visit protocols are follow every time in order to maintain a safe work environment all the time.


  • Provide an overall welcoming environment
  • Ensure the quality of internal customer services offered, in addition to a maintaining acceptable response time
  • Provide greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance
  • Lead and promote engagement events between employees
  • Promote safety protocols in every moment
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Keep confidentiality all the times ad with all information.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  • Maintain reception and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copy machine, a computer
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests, including the ones in the building receptionist
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute.
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed and maintain the general office filing system
  • Follow up vendors payments with Finance and customers
  • Maintain and Promote safety protocols between vendors, visitors, and employees
  • Manage relationship with cleaning vendor and parcel services
  • Coordinate and support engagement events, meetings and audits when need it
  • Manage meeting rooms, to comply with internal use policy of any workspace
  • Support Mexico Leadership team per request and when need it.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business or administration / Technical college
  • 3+ years of experience as a receptionist or office management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English in oral and written communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and administrative process
