In this Talent Acquisition role, you will be a part of our high-performing North America TA team providing proactive recruiting support, requisition management and TA advice.

You will be a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Packaging functions based in the US, working collaboratively with hiring managers and their HR Business Partners to understand their talent strategy and hiring priorities.


In this role, you will:


  • Conduct strategic kick off conversations with hiring managers and support the job description creation process.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.
  • Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience
  • Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices in order to influence the business and HR on profile and sourcing approaches and potential modifications.
  • Participate in annual TA project work and technology reviews and implementations.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness around time, cost, skill set, and diversity

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English Proficiency
  • At least 3 years of total work experience with a minimum of at least 2 years of prior Talent Acquisition experience within another large global company and/or agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior TA experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry
  • Prior TA experience recruiting for the United States
  • Prior Plant experience
  • Prior TA experience supporting searches within the Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging or Quality functions
  • Experience in engaging and managing the performance of thirdparty search firms
  • Knowledge of recruitment regulations for the North America region
  • Ability to understand and analyze data
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced and demanding environment
