We are searching for a friendly and top-notch Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Mexico City.

In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintaining knowledge of our customer's products and services.

This position is to work from the office / Work on Site/PRESENCIAL

Responsibilities:

Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues.
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner always.
Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Great English communication skills including active listening.
At least 2 years of Customer service experience is required.
Serviceoriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, a product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
Sound judgment and excellent problemsolving skills.
