Job Summary

6 months assignment with high extension possibilities

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure all the automation RPA BOTs (VDIs or Nodes) are up and running
Respond to, track, and resolve Jira, Service Now Requests and incidents
Create custom extensions with PowerShell or Python scripts to automate manual tasks
Document processes and operational knowledge base
Build and prepare prod and nonprod environments based on project needs, including data integrity and integrations
Develop and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing and production environments
Continually look for opportunities for automation and improvement for prod and nonprod environment management
Document and publish required documentation for service operation.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Total relevant experience should be between 5 to 10 years.
Mandatory

oLinux Administration

oWindows Administration

oExperience with working on an operational support team.

oManaging requests through a standard ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)

oExperience with a scripting language like Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.

oExperience with any Automation tool (WorkFusion, SOROCO, UI Path, Blue Prism, etc.).

oAbility to troubleshoot scripts that automate software delivery and infrastructure delivery capabilities.

oEnglish on a conversational level.

Good to have

oCertification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-900).

oExposure to monitoring tool such as Datadog, Azure Insights and ELK.

oExperience with Docker & AKS.

oExperience working on microservices based architecture.

oSQL Database knowledge like SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

oDevOps tools like Ansible and Terraform.
