This position reports to Sales Controlling Supervisor and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

What will you do

The Finance Intern is responsible for reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

***- Manage databases and analyze financial information, to support and generate recommendations to commercial teams

Support "CIW Planning" and "Monthly Closing" process end to end
Create innovative presentations in Power Point to communicate financial metrics
Monitor financial performance metrics against the Business Plan and Updates
Understand the business model and commercial conditions of each customer/channel
Interact with KAMs, commercial, supply chain, shopper, RGM and trademarketing to support the best decision making for the business
Safeguard and control the critical information of commercial agreements, promotional grid, contracts, among other supporting documentation, for internal and external audits and reviews
Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

Qualifications

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in progress in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and other careers related (preferable 2 years to finish your university career)
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications

Analytical capacity, ability to influence, adaptability to change, frustration tolerance and assertive communication
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail
Proven integrity and professionalism
Proficiency on Microsoft Package (Excel and Power Point), SAP, Tableau, etc.
