Descripción
Responsibilities- Responding to inquiries, reviewing and entering invoices and creating check batches for payment.
- Entering information into the accounting software.
- Reviewing and entering paper expense reports, if any.
- Updating and posting approved invoices from paramount into accounting software.
- Pulling invoices approved for the weekly check run.
- Preparing checks for mailing.
- Assist with affiliate payments.
- Assisting the department when needed.
- Pulling files for other departments or auditors when requested
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in excel.
- Previous accounting experience doing similar work as described.
- College degree in accounting or some postsecondary educational coursework including at least introductory accounting.
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping, record keeping, and clerical reporting procedures.
- Detailoriented, good work ethic, great communication skills.
- Previous collections experience, as the job will require some soft collection calls and/or letters
