Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the installation and commissioning of the company's laser cutting machine, and carry out technical training, maintenance and upgrading for customers. 2. According to the maintenance tasks arranged by the superior, repair and solve the faults of the laser cutting machine. 3. Master and manage customer maintenance information and machine and cooperate with sales to do technical support. 4. Handle customer complaints, resolve complaints, and appease customers.

Requirements:

General requirements: 1. Have service experience in the same industry of laser cutting machine,

2) Adapt to domestic business trips and short-term business trips to Latin American neighboring countries

3) Can communicate with English
