- Assist with client onboarding by sending out contracts, gathering brand materials, setting up internal systems, maintaining organization of all onboarding data, and responding to low-lift client requests.
- Conduct client tutorial calls to showcase product features.
- Support internal operations and keep client data up to date.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or customer success.
- Prior experience in client onboarding or working in a support/admin role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
