• Respond to operational problems promptly and in real time a
• Manage the operation tasks so that these are carried out in appropriate safety, environmental, and quality environments in the event of an emergency.
• Direct communication with the Plant Manager both in daily meetings and through reports.
• Review and approval of the Procedures and Operating Instructions.
• Participate in the hiring process of personnel in your charge.
• Supervision and management of the different operational and statistical reports.
• Attending the Safety and Environment rounds carried out by the Plant.
• Member of the Management and HSE Committee in the investigation/monitoring of Incidents/accidents.
• Act in the event of an emergency
• Organize and coordinate the technical and safety training.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Support in maintaining the quality, safety, and environment system based on the corresponding ISO standards.

• 5 years of experience in the Energy Sector and a similar position.
• 3 years of managing an Operations Team
• A university Degree in Engineering and MBA is considered as an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• A motivated self-starter who can work with little direct supervision and with time-sensitive deadlines
• A result-oriented person who can maintain a positive attitude
• Highest level of ethics and personal responsibility.
• Proficiency in English.
