    Product Quality Improvement Specialist

    Responsible for dealer returned parts for imported vehicle first level triage

    PRAS plus database updates on returned parts

    Proactively participates in short loop for first level triage report out and follow up

    Assists in Root Cause through first level triage

    Leads Cross Regional Warranty Table report development and presentation for NA Market

    Assists with Imported Vehicle root cause analysis at QEC with Engineering

    Utilizes Quality Databases Quantic, Palantir, DealerConnect, StarParts, etc to mine data for Root Cause Analysis

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Automotive Technology or related Engineering field from an accredited university
    • 3+ years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, supplier operations or quality
    • Project management skills
    • Organized and goal oriented
    • Experience with data analytics
    • Strong sense of accountability and ownership

    Skill Set

    Proactive personality – willing to go support European plants and Engineering team when requested

    Logical problem solver with the ability to distill potential root cause from dealer narrative from vehicle level knowledge

    Green or Black Belt Problem Solver accredited

    Strong presentation skills, must be comfortable with exposure and presenting to Leadership on a regular basis
