Advance your career as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst in our Mexicali Plant.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Verifying and validating cleanings.
Preparing and annually reviewing Quality system procedures, records, work instructions, and documents.
Training staff on Prerequisite Programs and procedures.
Auditing preventive controls.
Monitoring the implementation phases of KWS.
Supporting and overseeing Quality programs and product design/image compliance.
Ensuring compliance with Process Control Procedures and records.
Auditing critical parameters.
Monitoring QFS results and indicators.
Capturing and reviewing PES daily.
Conducting BPM and criticaltoquality audits.

Participating in DDS

Monitoring rework and product sampling.
Tracking food safety incidents and "C" defects.
Managing materials reception.
Conducting Food Defense Gemba walks.
Assisting with materials and microbiology samples.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Bachelor's degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field.
Conversational English Level (70% or higher).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is desirable.
Familiarity with Food Processes is preferred.
