The Role: INDEX Production & Monitoring: Execute daily post market checks and intra-day monitoring tasks. Closing Processes: Validate source data inputs, Corporate Action Adjustments, and calculation outputs ensure accurate indexes adhere methodology rules. Data discrepancies or issues resolved proactively investigating suspected anomalies identifying root causes communicating effectively maintaining transparency throughout processes making recommendations optimize efficiency ensuring accuracy adhering established guidelines.Serve as primary point contact client inquiries related index matters contacting support teams assisting complex requests troubleshooting responses seeking internal experts collaborating cross-functional groups finding solutions timely efficient resolving outstanding queries fostering trust understanding challenging quality exceptional service highest standards always improving customer experience satisfaction significantly.
