    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team in San José Iturbide, Gto. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality, and fostering a safe working environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set targets and implement plans to drive continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance
    • Lead teams in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods
    • Manage personnel issues, ensure proper team management, and foster individual development within your team
    • Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervene when necessary to mitigate risks and improve working conditions

    Requirements

    • Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with a specialization in Production
    • 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Operational level of English
