Position Summary:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Process Technicians
  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successful projects transfer.
  • Engineering CAPEX Management
  • Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.
  • Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
  • Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
  • Successful projects development and implementation.
  • Follow up Equipment tracking and facilities installation requisition.
  • Follow up Equipment release documentation according to client requirements.
  • New projects followup through detailed documented planning.
  • Equipment Key Performance Indicators monitoring focused in continuous improvement and sustainability.
  • Support to manufacturing areas.
  • Search continuous training and knowledge growth.
  • Process documentation updated.
  • Layout development.
  • New projects Handover tracking

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning oriented.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, with 5 years of experience in manufacturing areas as Process Engineer Soldering.
  • Advance English level 90% (reading and writing that allows fluid presentations).
  • Project Management (New Launches, Transfer of Lines, Increase Capacity, Process Improvements).
  • Risk Analysis oriented.
  • Core Tools knowledge (At least AMEF, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP).
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.
  • Process Optimization, Line Balancing, Process Design skills.
  • Conflict Management.
  • English Advanced.

  • Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously without compromising delivery dates.

  • Green Belt.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Auto CAD, Minitab and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to work in an office or production floor.
  • Ability to work with multinational teams.
