We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a

What you'll do:

DSD/SDD Order to Cash Process relates to:

- Van Sales, Pre Sales, Pre Sales Delivery, Pre Order and mixed scenarios

- Paper-based & Mobile scenarios

- Integration of Last Mile Distribution with Transportation Management (TM)

- Route stock management

- Route statuses and stops

- Route Preparation activities:

o Master Data, Visit Planning & Scheduling; Transportation Planning

o Data governance and pricing controls including mass pricing maintenance; Van Sales, Pre Sales & Pre Order DSD GTM models including enabling integration of back end SAP system with the front line mobility solutions.

o Picking, packing, shipping and delivering customer and stock transport orders (nice to have).

o Integration with warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for palletization, route planning, load building, etc.

- Route Execution activities:

o Order capturing & sourcering thru front line mobility solutions (Mobile devices, Call Center, etc.), management and provisioning of goods or services; providing a platform for sales to our end customers, accessing all information necessary to process, manage, ship and track orders in a timely manner

o Collection capturing & processing thru Finance integration

o Setting up the correct pricing agreements and master records, i.e. all on-invoice and off-invoice discounts/agreements, free goods, list price, discounts, surcharges, freights, rebate agreements, customer bill backs, tax, etc.

o Reload/Unload activities

o Inventory adjustments during route execution

o Inventory Management; Truck/Route stock visibility

o Returns product from Customer and/or from Route Sales Rep.

o Check Out / Check In (Confirmation of material, cash, returns, empties) capturing & management.

- Route Settlement activities:

o Route Accounting Database (DSD-RADB) / Last Mile Distribution Route (SDD-LMD)

o Monetary & Product difference determination.

o Settlement Monitoring

Preferred experience:

· Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

· 7-10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Accounts Receivable

· 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred

· Strong experience in end to end OTC design and development including integration with other functional areas

· In depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable and DSD/SDD solutions including route accounting and settlement for all GTM models – van sales, pre sales, pre order and vending

· Knowledge of master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc)
