About Us.*Position Description
To support our further growth, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Latin America Regional (LAR) team. You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of import and export distribution from the US to LAR export customers, as well as Mexico Warehouse and Transportation management within the region, with a direct reporting line to the Regional Supply Chain Manager LAR.

Responsibilities
:

• Support import and export documentation and arrangements.
• Daytoday management of logistics flow.
• Cost control and allocation.
• Regular SLA and KPI reviews with 3rd parties.
• Manage exceptions and disruptions in transport and warehousing.
• Support insourcing of transport and warehouse services.
• Support logistics related projects.
• Manage inventory accuracy and issue resolution.Qualifications**Organized and able to work in a fastpaced environment needs to be able to multitask in order to manage both workload and paperwork effectively.

Action orientated - needs to be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
Professional communication skills - needs to be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors internally, and across cultures.
Experience in warehousing and distribution, ideally also working with a 3PL, is desirable.
The job demands language skills in Spanish and English. Portuguese is nice to have.
