Main Responsibilities:

What Skills You Need:

Continues improvement knowledge.
Solving Problem.
Process Audit Execution.
Cost Reduction projects experience.
Quality Core Tools.
Experience in dealing with Suppliers, PPAP / Supplier qualification process.
Good knowledge in Six Sigma Methodologies.
Quality Engineering or equivalent experience (23 years minimum).
Communication level: English plus regional fluent language abilities.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis: has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes: has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Knowledge in Six Sigma tools and advanced supplier audit experience /certified lead auditor (PVA).
Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics. Performs more complex functions, understands principles and may teach others.
Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
ASQ certification in Quality or Six Sigma.
