We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, configuring solutions, and installing products at client sites.
The successful candidate will take the lead in ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience for customers after implementation. They will also provide desk-side assistance in resolving technical issues and perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
This role involves providing day-to-day technical support to customers for Point of Sale software, systems, and hardware. Our technician installs, configures, troubleshoots the POS system monitors application performance identifies bottlenecks works with developers implements fixes writes maintains custom scripts increases system efficiency reduces human intervention time.
