RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Payroll Professional Junior - Canada. This is a remote role and can sit anywhere in Mexico

The Payroll Professional Junior - Canada will provide reliable services to our clients with the best quality. Knowledge and experience in payroll, Human Resources, union agreements and in SAP will be an advantage. The position is for a Business Service Center located in Ramos Arizpe, MX.

This position will report to the Attract to Grow Services Canada Line Leader. The Payroll Professional Junior - Canada will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.

The Payroll Professional Junior - Canada tasks will include:

Carry out the complete payroll processes of unionized construction employees in Canada
Tax and year

- end process

Ensuring that personnel administration/ payroll processes are aligned with global directions, legal standards, and country specific requirements.
Administration and calculation of union dues
Meet audit requirements.

About you

Do you have:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related
2 4 years' experience in a similar position within a global company performing Payroll duties and/or with background in Human Resources activities
Fluent English is required. Other languages are a plus
High proficiency with use of SAP, preferably SAP HCM
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Exceptional customer service skills both internally and externally
Outstanding customer orientation: analytical capacity, decision making, good interpersonal relationship
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented and highly organized
Process improvement driven
