We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to serve as a Business Development Representative for IT Staffing and Software Consulting Sales.

At Jointech-MX, we are market leaders in technological solutions, specializing in providing IT staffing and software consulting services to growing companies.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales opportunities and close business deals for our IT Staffing and Software Consulting services.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the B2B market, establishing strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present customized solutions that meet their technological requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to demonstrate the value and benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure efficient and successful execution of sold projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the IT and software industry to provide informed recommendations to our clients.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in B2B sales, Cold Calling, Strategic Sourcing, preferably in the IT or software services industry.
  • Availability to travel to California, San Diego, for training and client meetings.
  • 12 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented attitude, with strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Motivation for professional growth and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet objectives.
