PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Sr.

System Administrator 1 is responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, mobile devices, telephone systems, and audio-visual equipment.

S/he must be able to independently assess a reported problem or failure using diagnostic methods and tools, determine the likely cause and take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Often collaborating with other resources (both internal and external), the IT System Administrator 1 must understand system interdependencies and avoid unintentional interruption of services during troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Experience:

Minimal 4 years in IT Technical Support

English: 90%

Diagnosing and solving computer issues.
Installing and training end users in new technologies.
Providing remote technical support over the phone or internet.
Repairing hardware and configuring software to maintain operating systems.
Use of Ticket systems and Basic Knowledge in ITIL procedures.
Analyze and provide IT solutions to frequently problems.
Coordinate software deployments in a largescale company.
Coordinate Windows updates / Upgrades in a largescale company
