Supplier Lifecycle Analyst


Job Summary:


We are now looking for a Supplier Lifecycle Analyst to be part of the Supplier Lifecycle Support unit within Sourcing Services Center Americas.

This role will offer guidance and end-to-end services to the Global Sourcing community regarding the supplier lifecycle support.

The supplier lifecycle support team is responsible for the onboarding of new suppliers, maintain supplier data in various systems, supplier contract administration & management.

It also manages the support for Strategic Sourcing Managers to our sourcing online platform.


The position is based in Mexico City reporting directly to the Head of Sourcing Services Center Americas and works in close teamwork and alignment with Sourcing Services team in Bucharest.


You will:


  • Manage supplier onboarding (securing all relevant documentation from suppliers, setup all systems with supplier data, contact and perform followup with different stakeholders, etc.)
  • Act as an advisor for our supplier onboarding tool
Provide Contract Administration services

  • Generate reports related to the suppliers and contracts
  • Deliver training, seminars and workshops depending on needs related to the supplier management in our online sourcing platform
  • Offer support to the Global Sourcing organization for supplier lifecycle management activities
  • Work with the Team Coordinators, stakeholders, and the other teams to develop and improve our sourcing platform and processes

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
  • 3+ years' experience in customer and/or supplier facing roles
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytics skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very organized
  • Ability to work optimally in teams as well as independently, within tight deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are meaningful, as communicating findings and supporting conclusions is an important part of the job
  • Validated experience in working with a unified platform (any support related function)
  • Training/ facilitation skills
  • Be able to handle a request endtoend (from receiving the request until the event closure)
  • Strong command of a foreign language other than English to facilitate communication with suppliers (Portuguese is optional, however represents a strong plus)
