About This Role


Hello, prospective pickle Design Pickle is currently seeking to expand our Customer Assignment Team by adding a Customer Assignment Specialist.

As a CAS, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing new signups and facilitating seamless customer transfers.

Your primary responsibility will be to match the best-suited creative individuals or teams to our clients, ensuring that their requests are handled by professionals with the right skills.

In addition, you will be instrumental in monitoring creative capacity and providing recommendations to maintain a balanced and efficient creative workload across our production teams.


Reports to Operations Specialist


On a daily basis, works closely with Production, Creative Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Support teams.


Working Hours: 9am to 6pm EST with overarching cover support in other timezones when needed.

  • Businesslevel English proficiency for collaboration with crossfunctional and international teams, including Customer Assignment Specialists, Creative Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Decisionmaking, negotiation, and forwardthinking skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for ticket management, account management, project tracking, and communication (e.g., Atlassian software, Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, etc).

Bonus Pickle Points if you have

  • Knowledge and understanding of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity or experience in a creative role is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or clientfacing roles.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams to ensure a balanced subscription allocation across production.
  • Monitors and manages production capacity for optimal workload distribution.
  • Balances accounts and processes productioninitiated transfers for efficient resource utilization.
  • Assesses and oversees accounts in the Design Pickle Platform for effective client management.
  • Assigns suitable clusters or creatives to newly onboarded and transferred clients for seamless request execution.
  • Tracks account status updates in the Design Pickle Platform to promptly address client needs.
  • Processes clientinitiated transfers endorsed by Customer Support and/or Production team for smooth transitions.
  • Manages projects focused on streamlining customer assessment and assignment processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collects information for new contractors and updates the creative database to maintain an accurate talent pool.
  • Manages Slack channels for client subscriptions, facilitating seamless communication between clients and production teams.
  • Compiles production data for weekly and monthly summaries to support informed decisionmaking and resource planning.
