    Job Title: Key Account Executive

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring that our products maintain strong visibility, placement, and availability in-store.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing effective commercial calendar strategies to boost our market share. This is a remote position located in Monterrey, México.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Account Management: Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
    2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
    3. Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales, proposing new products and tailored strategies.
    4. Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-level customer engagement and maintaining long-term relationships.
    5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate reports assessing performance and adjust strategies as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a commercial or administrative field.
    • 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or similar roles in the FMCG industry with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
    • Intermediate English level.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
