Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supports talent and culture initiatives, assists in executing relevant strategies, advancing the initiatives within the organization.
Facilitates trainings, workshops and presentations, as assigned.

Audits position descriptions and job postings to ensure they are well-written withinclusive language and consistent with organization practice and standardsStrong project management and operational skills with ability to multi-task in a complex environment, meeting and communicating around deadlines and successfully managing the dailyworkload.

Manages recognition programs/events.
Manage internal and external communicationsPerforms other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor#s degree in Organizational, Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or other related field.2-4 years of Human Resources experience.
Proficient in excel.
Able to communicate in English
