Position:

Quality Engineer

Location:

Apodaca, N. L.

Responsibilities:

Ensure, implement and monitoring customer requirements.
Supervise quality operation in product processes.
Ensure the implementation of quality in all critical areas.
Create corrective action reports (8D).
Execute quality assessment process for problem solving.
Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions as well as preventive actions.
Performs layered audits (LPA's).
Internal customer specifications interpretation.
Contribute to the reduction of customer claims.
Support in the release of machinery startup.

Support in the creation of quality standards and the necessary updates for continuous improvement; as well as all the necessary controls and standards in order to guarantee quality throughout the organization.

Support to develop and implement the Quality Management System.

Developing plans and tools that are used to implement or support global quality systems or related process (APQP, PPAP, quality certifications, etc.).

Support and integrated 5S/Lean Manufacturing Practices with quality certification system through standardization and documentation.
Review the standards and manuals of each customer.
Customer scorecard interpretation and knowledge. Give follow-up to corrective actions.
Responsible to select the special characteristics of the product.
Identify and address product specifications critical to quality during assembly process.
