Commercial Intern

Coordinate and execute sales administration functions including entering projects info in the system, updating client ́s database, coordinate client visits, sampling logistics, mailing and expenses reports.

Your key responsibilities

Handles internal and external client inquiries, provides necessary information, and interfaces with the customer on routine matters.
Prepares and organizes client meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
Manages samples, international samples, and market product for projects, including tracking of sample production and documentation.

You bring

Good management of Microsoft Office
Advanced English
Willingness to stay minimum 1 year (Graduation date: June 2024 or later)
Good communication, attention to detail and project management
Commitment with deadlines and multitasking.
