Guadalajara (able to work from the office 2 or 3 times per week)

Qualifications we are looking for:

+4 years of experience in related area, main skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in
Python and experience with
common data science libraries

Demonstrated expertise in
Tableau for data visualization.
Handson experience with
AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proven track record of developing and implementing machinelearning models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in spanish and english.

Responsibilities:

Advanced Data Analysis:
Utilize strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Utilize Python and common data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikitlearn) to conduct advanced data analysis.
Develop and implement machinelearning models for propensity modeling, viewer measurement, and CRM data analysis.
Visualization and Reporting:
Produce compelling visualizations in Tableau to communicate datadriven insights effectively.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create dashboards and reports that support decisionmaking processes.
Client Proposal Development:
Work closely with Account Executives and clients to understand their needs and develop client proposals based on indepth research and data analysis.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture key relationships with Analytics heads at advertising agencies, data partners, and internal divisions.
Collaborate with industry players to stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and media analytics.
Cloud-Based Development:
Architect and develop innovative advertising products using AWS services (S3, Athena, Lambdas, StepFunctions).
Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalable and efficient data processing and model deployment.
Continuous Learning:
Stay informed about the latest advancements in Python, Tableau, and AWS, and integrate new technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
