    Job Description for Digital Marketing Specialist at Shiji Group

    Shiji Group is a global technology company that provides software solutions and services to enterprise companies in the hospitality, food services, retail, and entertainment industries. We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our B2B hospitality marketing initiatives in Mexico and the U.S.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns: Design and execute targeted inbound and outbound B2B lead generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads in the Mexico and U.S markets.
    • Digital Advertising Efforts: Plan and implement ABM campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to drive engagement and alignment with sales objectives.
    • Content Creation: Develop engaging bilingual content (English/Spanish) for email marketing campaigns, blogs/articles, social media posts, and paid advertisements.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Manage SEO/SEM efforts, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), to enhance website traffic and improve search engine visibility.
    • Marketing Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics to provide actionable insights, improve campaign performance, and refine strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce professional content and deliver effective communication in both English and Spanish.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, content creation, email marketing, Google Analytics, and paid social advertising.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to track and interpret marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign strategies.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork: Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset and business acumen.
