Responsibilities:
- Payroll request
- bank reconciliation
- Corporate closing reports
- Invoice control chart
- Payroll file review and disbursement
- SSS and government remittances review and payment
- Coordination with the external service provider or payroll supplier and HR for the Master File List
- Internal audits
- AP review
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Fixed assets control
- Skillsets
- Extensive knowledge in financial accounting
- Understand the business model
- Be a leader and have a longterm vision.
- Be a discreet person with ethical values
- Know the local financial regulations
- Punctual, Honest, responsible, multitasking
- Advanced excel
- Great English
- Spanish
- US CPA
- Work Experience ( Min)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting and payroll processes
- Experience with local government platforms
- Experience handling money
- Quickbooks experience
- Experience in audit processes
