Responsibilities:

Payroll request

- encode information in the accounting system (QUICKBOOKS)
- bank reconciliation

Corporate closing reports
Invoice control chart
Payroll file review and disbursement
SSS and government remittances review and payment
Coordination with the external service provider or payroll supplier and HR for the Master File List
Internal audits
AP review

- cashflow reports
