    DNV Business Assurance Group is seeking a Manager for the Contract Support Team who will lead the team in supporting Operations and Sales with quote generation as well as contract amendments or revisions.

    The Contract Support Team Manager will be responsible for the oversight of team performance, management of Key Performance Indicators as well as supporting the team in quote generation for all Business Assurance clients, including large, complex clients and determination of sampling plans. As the primary point of contact, the Contract Support Team Manager will work closely with the Inside & Outside Sales Team, Operations and auditors in calculating the audit days and developing sampling plan for all clients, including large multi-site, multi-standard projects. The Contract Support Team Manager will work in accordance with DNV overall goals and policies and will actively promote, support and facilitate the fulfilment of DNV's Purpose, Vision, and Values, and shall foster a culture of cooperation across North America and with other DNV units.

    This role will be based out of our DNV office located in Mexico City, Mexico. Local candidates only.

    What You'll Do

  • Overall responsible for contract support team, ensuring timely and accurate process of new and existing client quotes in accordance with DNV and accreditation requirements
  • Coordinates with Technical, Legal and other departments for needed approvals
  • Communicates directly with the clients as needed to develop sales or Renewal quotes, and contract amendments
  • Well-versed on industry standards and quoting requirements; able to support with quoting for any standard
  • Develops sampling plans; responsible for approving audit day calculations as required
  • Responsible for oversight of team workload and redistribution of tasks as needed
  • Management of team KPIs
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of DNV systems and quoting tools and serves as Super User to support the team; liaise with global team as needed
  • Interacts with other departments including Sales, Operations, Technical, and auditors to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Ensure Technical reverts are resolved quickly to prevent delays in certification
  • Prepares monthly reporting on team output, assists and implements process improvement initiatives

    What is Required

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience relating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001
  • Minimum three (3) years of client service experience
  • Successfully build and manage a team
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to read/interpret accreditation requirements on audit durations and sampling plan requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to audiences of varying size, seniority and technical competency
  • Knowledge of the scheme owners' processes and third-party accreditation requirements
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop others in the network
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Good interpersonal, communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills with ability to drive and achieve results in an independent manner through functions, geographies and stakeholders
  • What is Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Additional scheme knowledge for Food & Beverage, AS91XX and IATF
  • Working knowledge of IAF MD5 & IAF MD1
