For a Manufacturing company, we are looking for:

Operation ́s Manager
Responsible for the safety, quality, delivery, and costs associated with the manufacturing orders. Also, will manage all resources in a manufacturing environment with made-to-order, low volume, high complexity products. The operation's manager will ensure the on-time delivery of defect free products and services, fit for use. The position reports to the Director of Operations.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Industrial Engineering

- +5 years' Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- +5 years' experience in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing or similar (belt manufacturing industry is a plus)

Experience with Quality Assurance, personnel Management and Equipment Specifications

- knowledge and management in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and CenterPoint Payroll (Epicor a plus) and Strong IT skills, including database development
