- Support to Manufacturing Engineering with control and information related to project expenses forecast.
- Analyze and create the work orders in all types (capital, tooling and Expenses) for Divisional area.
- Support and validate to the assigned plants all approved project expenses related with new business, engineering changes or business transfers.
- Coordination of meetings to follow up expenses for Installation, methods and quality project expenses according with approved forecast
- Create work orders according with approved project related with an investment and plant
- Follow up purchase order requisition for assigned plants
- Medium level of English proficiency is a must (40% or higher).
- Technical career in administration or truncated career.
- Mainly EXCEL software knowledge.
- Develop and maintain timelines for internal deliberates.
- Work with multiple departments .
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously, clearly establish expectations and hold others accountable for achieving results, as well as developing and executing strategic plans.
